​How do I
place an order?
You can place an order by clicking on the "Products>Order CBD Products" link at the top of the page, and selecting the products that you want in a cart. When you check out and make payment, your order will be placed and shipped in a couple of days. We also have the available for same day delivery if the order is received by 3:00 PM and in-store pickup.

Shipping
We currently are only shipping within the United States. Your order can also be delivered for a fee if you live in the Memphis, Tennessee area.

Using Coupons or Discount Codes
You must enter any coupons or discount codes during your check out time. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your coupons or discount codes, please contact us via telephone or email.

Returns
& Refunds
We only accept returns if you receive a product that you did not order. Refunds may be given if Treat Heal Care makes a mistake with your order.

Consultations
We do offer CBD consultations with one of our specialist. For a small fee, you can meet with a specialist in person at an event or via video conference. Your specialist will walk you through what is CBD, the products, and the recommended dosing.
