CBD Dosing

General Information

  • Starting a CBD regimen should include a healthy diet of raw vegetables and dark purple fruits.

  • Drink half your body weight in ounces is the recommended daily water requirement. This allows the water to flush toxins out of the body that were extracted by the cells by the CBD.

Dosage Instructions

  • Start with a grain of rice size dose 2-3 times a day (under tongue) double until 0.1 gram per day.

  • Drink 16 ounces of water after each dose and between each dosage.

  • Raise dosage every 4 days to assimilate CBD to your Endocannabinoid System.

  • Follow each dose with a gummy if the taste of raw CBD is too strong for your pallet.
